If after 20 working days we cannot find the person to be located we guarantee to credit your payment back within 7 days.
Once we are instructed you can rest assured that your case will be handled efficiently and with complete discretion by our tracing team.
Whilst we have an 87% successful hit rate on people traces we cannot guarantee a successful result on every investigation.
In order to proceed we will require the persons full name (with correct spelling) and either their date of birth and their last known address or area of residence / work location. The more information you are able to provide the faster we can work and the better the potential success rate will be.
